Why a Neoteric Hovercraft?

Terms: Negotiable, but generally 25% deposit with order, balance upon shipping.

Minimum Order: $250

Rush Orders: Rush orders are discouraged so that we may maintain our high level of quality. However, in some instances, options may be shipped immediately from stock. A charge of $300 or 20% of the value of order is added, whichever is greater.

Shipping: We prefer that customers pick up their craft at the factory so they can be trained in its operation and maintenance. (Training at the factory is free for a deluxe craft purchaser and is vital to successful hovering. Training at a location specified by the customer is possible, contact Neoteric for costs.) If it is not possible for you to pick up your hovercraft, it will be shipped at a charge based on the weight, distance, and mode of transportation. Shipping requires crating. Payment Options:

Purchase orders from established companies or government agencies are acceptable. Cash or money order (US Dollars), personal check (can be 2-3 weeks delay in shipping while check clears bank), bank check or bank draft drawn on US bank and sent via courier (this is usually the fastest and least expensive method). Buyer assumes responsibility of all bank charges.
Credit Card: We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Payments by irrevocable Letter of Credit call Neoteric for information.
Online ordering payment options are MasterCard, and Visa.
Warranty: Neoteric warranties apply to all products indefinitely for the original owner if they receive Neoteric training and 3 months or 25 hours of operation, whichever comes first, without Neoteric training.

Past Due Accounts: These accounts will be charged a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) of the outstanding balance.

Delivery: Delivery will vary between 2 to 14 weeks depending on factory production demand. Production numbers are assigned in the order of deposits recieved.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by Neoteric. A restocking charge of 35% is charged.

Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before delivery, 10 % of total is nonrefundable. Deposits are nonrefundable for customized hovercraft. For standard and deluxe models, up to 50 % of deposits may be refunded at Neoteric discretion.

Sales Tax: Indiana, USA residents add 7%
