Neoteric Military Light Hovercraft
The light hovercraft is the only vehicle able to perform fast, safe
operations on swift water, thin or broken ice, snow, mud, swampland,
and flood waters. Because it safely hovers 9 inches above the terrain,
a hovercraft keeps military personnel above the danger - not in it -
and allows them access to areas that helicopters or boats cannot
reach.
But the Neoteric HovertrekT is unlike all other hovercraft on the market. Its unique capabilities have made it the industry standard, particularly for military search and rescue missions. Neoteric's clientele spans 50 nations and includes the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force; U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol; airport Police/Fire/EMS services; and Sheriff, Police and Fire Departments worldwide
The Only Hovercraft with Effective Brakes
Particularly in rescue operations, sometimes backing up is the only way
out. Neoteric’s patented reverse thrust system gives the
Hovertrek™ the unique ability to brake, hover in place, and back
up at more than 25 mph. Neoteric is the only hovercraft manufacturer
to offer this crucial feature. Our hovercraft are also the lightest and
quietest production hovercraft in the industry.
Hovertrek™ Equipment Options
The Neoteric Hovertrek™ is available with a wide array of features
and equipment options including stretcher mounts, light bars, searchlights,
GPS systems, VHF marine radios, cold water immersion suits and life vests,
throw bags and wireless communication headsets. Each Hovertrek™ is
custom built to government specifications, and is guaranteed for its
lifetime.
Free Pilot Training
Neoteric provides hovercraft pilot training/certification and preventative
maintenance instruction with each military hovercraft. On-site pilot
training at our Terre Haute, IN location is provided to military customers
at no charge.
Counterfeit Hovercraft Warning
|
The innovative design and maneuverability of the Neoteric Hovertrek™ has made it the target of industrial espionage by unethical individuals and businesses throughout the world. Industry-wide concern exists that these entities threaten consumer safety by selling pirated forgeries of Neoteric hovercraft with documented mechanical problems while fraudulently claiming Neoteric’s 40 years of experience and expertise. These entities include Hi Tech International S.r.l. (HTI) in Italy, and Air Wing and MosHovercraft in Russia. Full details are disclosed in the World Hovercraft Organization’s Hovercraft Ripoff Report … |
